Our experience with BEL Furniture has been a complete nightmare. We picked up our bedroom set on 06/07 only to find out that we were missing the foot posts to the bed in order to fully assemble. Once we got home, we noticed that the mirror was chipped on both sides of the base and the dresser was cracked on the back board. We went Saturday afternoon to see how it could be resolved and were told to email pictures of the damages to an email address. If I could, I would rate Bel zero stars. Whatever you do, please DO NOT go to Bel Furniture of Del Rio. Their prices aren't that bad but the quality of the furniture isn't that great either. You'll really notice their shortcomings if you have any sort of shipping problem with any of your items. Understandably, Del Rio is far from any major cities so it will take 10-15 days for your furniture to get to the store on average. Also don't expect a call when your items get to the store.
