I had a great experience at Bel Furniture! Jesus, the sales associate, assisted me and my family, and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Warning: Do Not Buy from Bel Furniture in Del Rio! We bought a bed from Bel Furniture, and they sent the WRONG one. When we called to fix the issue, they never took responsibility or even apologized. They promised to send the correct one the next Monday, but guess what? Canceled. Why? Because it was "out of stock." Now, TWO WEEKS LATER, we were told it would finally be delivered--only to be canceled AGAIN with no explanation. The worst part? They claim the order was changed in their system, but by WHO? Not us!
