Verified Renter 3 things that I like are that it is a smoke free community, the maintenance team is very efficient and the response time is within 24 hours for non-emergency situations. Last but not least, I have never encountered a parking issue. Always plenty parking spots.

Verified Renter It’s okay, sometimes It’s quiet but it could be more quiet. Don’t like the speed bumps but I get why they installed them. Wish the grounds were nicer

Verified Renter 3 years and counting and are still so happy to live here. Tempestt is one of the main reasons because we live here because she is professional and kind. She's always there for us. The maintenance team is very good at getting things done. Their response time is less than 24 hours. This is a Smoke free community. Internet is now included and we cut our bill in half.
