Fantastic place to live!!! We think it means SO much when a resident stays at Bell Timacuan for years, and we’ve lived here over ten!!! It is convenient to anywhere in Lake Mary and Sanford, and only 20 minutes to Winter Park and 30 to Orlando or Daytona Beach. Perfect location in a quiet, friendly golf course community.
