Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here for over two years now. Tempestt in the leasing office is great. All the maintenance guys respond quickly and always fix anything we need. Neighborhood feels very safe. Apartments are very large which I love!

Verified Renter The property at Bell Timucuan is not maintained except for around the office, so around the office is beautiful green grass growing shrubs and flowers, around the apartments it is sand dirt a lot of leaves that has killed the grass that we did have so we have dirt. I would also like to see management take care of noisy neighbors but they don’t they say they’ve got to hear it they can’t hear it and less I live in my apartment. They also hold against you anytime you file a complaint with the neighbor.
