I think it's... (Verified Renter) I think it's a very nice place to live and everyone is really friendly! I feel safe here and my cats seem to like it too. Also I love that everyone in the community seems to care about keeping things clean and nice looking. Also the maintenance crew are all very nice and helpful. There are a few things i personally would think make this place a bit better 1. My maintenance requests... (Verified Renter) My maintenance requests have always been taken care of in a very timely manner which has not been the case with other rentals I've had. It is nice to know Bella Terra lives up to being a good place to live.
