nice place to live I have lived here for almost two years and so far has been a good apartment complex and safe .
Bella Terra I live at Bella Terra and I have to say the name is nicer then it really is. I have had my car broken into, and my window smashed out. They say have security at night, but I have never seen them. They are about middle of the road when it comes to price, but the biggest place they offer is 800 Sq/ft. They bumped my rent up $200 after the first year and told me no matter what it will always go up from there, so I am moving. Bella Terra I have been living in Bella Terra for over one year and I would say its a good place to live, the managers are nice and neighborhood seems safe. The inside of the apartments are all renovated and looks nice. but on the good note its good place to live for many reason First and foremost is having washer and dryer in the unit makes life so much easier to wash clothes in your house at your own time plus its gated has shopping center walking distance and all kind of fast food restaurant nearby. Parking difficulties at... (Verified Renter) Parking difficulties at night time. Many times there no spaces available.
Poor Management Had my rent set to autopay with the money in my account, they didn't take it out and then blamed me and charged me $100+ in late fees that they refused to waive despite it being their fault. Manager laughed in my face.

The reason I... (Verified Renter) The reason I needed an additional lock put on my door is because I had teenagers who were out on the basketball court at 1 am try to come into my apartment so no. I do not recommend this community for the one simple fact that the basketball court brings nothing but trouble. I live right next to it and have balls consistently hit my window at all hours and there are screaming unsupervised kids out on the playground who litter and devalue this property every day. Safe are you kidding me!!!!!!! OMG are these people who live here blind! The gate is not only broken but someone on several occassions have actually cut the gate completely open like there is a huge hole in the gate omg lol. The people who live here look like they literally just walked out of prison I have seen M13 gang members here with their gang tattoos on their entire face!!!! People fighting loud bass music all the time its like who the heck listens to bass music past 1990!!!! lol The police are here very other day!!!!!... read more

I wouldn't recommend... (Verified Renter) I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex due too much smoking pot which is sad when you have kids who cant even play in their own balcony due to the second hand smoking exposure
Inconsistency I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. Very very inconsistent business practices. It takes 1 month to get maintenance. The plumbing is shot! Buy a plunger! And no access to the laundry on weekends because maintenance doesn't work on weekends. If you have any questions for management they will not accept any responsibility and will always put the blame on you no matter what. They can really screw up a budget so be prepared. Have to rate at least a one to get review to go through. They deserve a minus 5.
