Love the apartments! Been reading some really negative reviews, but I love these apartments convintly close to all kinds of stores, not to bad of a neighborhood. The gates break down a lot but it's because of how many cars go in and out. I don't have a problem with that I feel pretty safe. Very clean no pest or bed bugs which I Love! If you want your patio clean clean it yourselves it is your patio. The gym doesn't have much but still good. I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here a very long time and it is a nice place for the money without major problems.
The maintenance man... (Verified Renter) The maintenance man was quick to call me back after hours and was able to come by and fix the problem within 15 minutes. He was also very friendly
The price verses... (Verified Renter) The price verses the size of the appartment, that has no storage place. Otherwise, it's a nice community w/in the area it's located at
The only negative... (Verified Renter) The only negative is the lack of storage. Tiny kitchen, no coat closet or groom closet, master bedroom is smaller than guest room in terms of fitting a king bed. Anyone who needs space and storage wouldn't like it here.
