I lived here for 2 years now and I can say with confidence you wont find a better front office anywhere. If your looking for a place to rent downtown this is a very good option.

The leasing office staff of Belmont at Freemason are always very nice, professional, and happy to help. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in timely and quality manner. With the location, community, and money value, this is definitely one of the best places I have lived in.

The office staff and the maintenance staff rock! Anything you ask about, they are on it and it is fixed. Best place I have ever lived!

I moved in a month ago. Had problems with the refrigerator(multiple), blinds, disposal & smoke alarm. Each time, Justin shows up with a smile and fix all the problems on a timely basis. The team at the office too is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

A looked at A LOT of apartments in the downtown/Freemason/Ghent areas when I moved a year ago and Belmont far outpaced the rest -- they have some of the largest, nicest units for the area, and the convenience of dedicated garage parking with plenty of room (never have to circle for a spot!) can't be beat. Easy walk to Granby street, the mall, and Waterside. The ladies in the leasing office are super nice and friendly, and the maintenance and custodial staff are wonderful--incredibly prompt, thorough, and so friendly! I can submit a maintenance request online at work, and by the time I get home the work is done and there's a nice note letting me know they've been there and what they fixed! I'm so glad I chose the Belmont, and am definitely planning to renew my lease.

Justin from the maintenance team is awesome! He came multiple times to look at a leak in our fridge trying new repairs until the point where he showed up with a brand new fridge for us. He is so friendly and helpful and truly wanted to fix everything for us. Always prompt and overall great experience.
