Justin from the maintenance team is awesome! He came multiple times to look at a leak in our fridge trying new repairs until the point where he showed up with a brand new fridge for us. He is so friendly and helpful and truly wanted to fix everything for us. Always prompt and overall great experience.

By far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Move-in was fast and easy and they haven’t forgotten about us after we moved in. Starting from the top with Teresa and Brittany in management and the entire maintenance staff, you won’t be disappointed!

We lived here 2 and a half years. The apartment was 1 bedroom with an office space/xtra room.... delightful! The location was fabulous. 5 minute walk to the mall and granby street, 10 minute walk to Waterside for all of the amazing events and ferry ride to Portsmouth. 5 minute drive or 25 min walk to historic Ghent. Each month, Belmont gives you a free monthly event to attend, whether its a wine or beer festival, tickets to the Nauticus, eating free during Restaurant week or ice skating in December. We've lived here for almost a year and are really glad we chose to move in. We haven't had any major maintenance issues. They are great at making sure the AC works good by checking it and changing filters, etc. All the staff has been polite and respectful, friendly and quick to get back to us for anything. Our apartment was so clean when we moved in. New paint and appliances worked great. No issues at all. There is concrete between each floor and the walls are well insulated.
