This is the worst place I've rented. A few days in I notice that wastewater has backed up in the toilet all the way over the toilet seat. The maintenance guy says it's a fluke. He cleans it up. Soon it's happening every 3-4 days. Maintenance and management reassure me that they are working to fix the problem. It involves snaking pipes and removing my toilet a few times. Belmont at Freemason is dishonest - they lied to us about our layout when we put down our nonrefundable deposit and didn't tell us the true layout until we went to sign the lease. We didn't get our deposit back and took our househunt elsewhere. Lesson learned: don't put down a deposit unless you see the actual exact unit...And don't rent from Belmont.
