I moved in about 2 1/2 weeks ago and it has been great from the beginning up until now! Everyone that I have worked with in the office has been very professional, helpful and on top of things! Thanks for being great!!!!

I recently got accepted into a university in the area and was in a rush to find housing. I stumbled across Belmont at Providence and it became one of my top picks. I ended up flying in for a day to check everything out because I didn’t want to go in blind and decided on this property pretty quickly. You’ll see right away that the property is well maintained, I saw no issues with the apartment I toured (which will be my future unit), and the entire staff that I worked with, especially Kionta, was phenomenal. Ms. Kionta was so nice and understanding! This was my very first time moving out on my own and she couldn’t have made the experience more stress free! She answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, with patience and to the best of her ability and made my move in day very easy and she explained things that made it easy for me to understand. Love living here. Office staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They plan many events for our wonderful community. Mantiance is always quick to fix things that need done. Always friendly also. The grounds are beautiful, the little lake is relaxing.
