Pros: -Nice common area and Gym -New appliances. Cons: -It’s very unsafe here. There are car break ins on a regular basis and one of my neighbors said she saw a fight escalate to someone pulling out a gun. Unfortunately this incident did not translate to improved security. -Extremely high eviction rate.
