I had the pleasure of working with leasing agent Cassie ! She was beyond phenomenal . She answered any questions I may have had , and cleared up any confusion I may have had . The application process was very simple and even if something was needed she made sure I was aware of it. The apartment itself is much more spacious than I expected. I am glad that I chose this apartment complex and can’t wait to explore the wonderful community.
My son lived here for 2 years and didn’t have a problem. The issue occurred when he moved out. There are charges being charged to his account about carpet, refinishing the vinyl . First, there was nothing wrong with the carpet and the vinyl never needed to be replaced. The apartment was left in very good conditions. It’s a shame they treat tenants in this manner. We plan to seek legal advice.
I recently moved to NC. Been searching for decent place to live for a couple weeks. Finally found this place (recommended by a previous tenant). Cassie and the team were extremely welcoming and helpful. Got quite a reasonable deal with the promotional offers. The place seems to be well maintained and the apartments are spacious and at a good location. Would def recommend and also will leave a review after a few months of stay!
Sweetheart, there were multiple maintenance requests throughout the duration of my leasing term. Which included several requests from the roaches last year. Not to mention your maintenance man or pest control representative tracking red mud into my apartment last year in February which called for you all to have a carpet cleaning company to do a subpar job. Joy showed me 2 floor plans. She was very professional and fun. I really enjoyed the tour and she wrote down all the fees and information I would need to know if we choose to move here. I think this maybe our future home. The ground and walkways look clean and kept up. Thank you Joy!
