The Maintence staff at Belmont at at Tryon is excellent! I had a issue with my microwave a few weeks ago. I called the office and Maintence responded and even provided me with a temporary microwave until a new replacement microwave was ordered. The following week a new microwave arrived and maintenance installed it in my kitchen in less than 1/2 hour. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable in their job. The office staff at Belmont at Tryon also have excellent customer service and treated me with kindness. I am thankful for fast service and a temporary microwave to use while waiting for replacement microwave. S. Paul

It was after hours when my garbage disposal stopped up which caused the sink to stop up also. My husband was on his way home from work and I needed to be able to cook his dinner for the night. So, I called Maintenance. I received a service that answers calls after hours. But shortly afterwards, I received a call from maintenance. Although he was in the middle of eating dinner, less than 30 minutes he arrived, fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes and was on his way. I truly appreciate it. I was able to continue cooking dinner and have it ready by the time my husband arrived home. Great job!
