It was after hours when my garbage disposal stopped up which caused the sink to stop up also. My husband was on his way home from work and I needed to be able to cook his dinner for the night. So, I called Maintenance. I received a service that answers calls after hours. But shortly afterwards, I received a call from maintenance. I truly can't complain. Since I moved in the staff has been awesome. The property manager addresses you by name. That's very important when your paying to stay in an apartment complex. Maintenance is very polight and proficient from my experience on getting the job done. I hope that the Belmont community. Staff and residents keep up the good work. I recently moved out of Belmont at Tryon Apartments in April. A proper notice was submitted to the leasing office in February. After shopping around for a new apartment home I chose to stay due to the current inflation rates of apartments homes. However a new neighbor moved in Jan 2024 above me and made sure his presence was known. Having kickbacks every Friday night up to 4am, Ring camera picking up so much traffic from people coming and going to his apartment. Horrible place to live. They will bill your for unfair things. Many of my past neighbors have informed me to beware of such things but I was foolish. This community has too many people in and out working for the office staff and the ones that are there are all on different pages saying things that aren’t try to make their day easier. I was told that my pet deposit acted as insurance for me to have a dog. When I moved I was told if a dog has ever lived in the apartment that you have to pay full cost to replace the carpet.
