The Maintence staff at Belmont at at Tryon is excellent! I had a issue with my microwave a few weeks ago. I called the office and Maintence responded and even provided me with a temporary microwave until a new replacement microwave was ordered. The following week a new microwave arrived and maintenance installed it in my kitchen in less than 1/2 hour. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable in their job. It was after hours when my garbage disposal stopped up which caused the sink to stop up also. My husband was on his way home from work and I needed to be able to cook his dinner for the night. So, I called Maintenance. I received a service that answers calls after hours. But shortly afterwards, I received a call from maintenance. Although he was in the middle of eating dinner, less than 30 minutes he arrived, fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes and was on his way. I truly appreciate it. No complaints. Every time I've communicated with any of the women in the office.... No complaints. Every time I've communicated with any of the women in the office. It was a pleasant experience. The property manager Beverly is awesome from my stand point. The service is greatly appreciated.

I truly can't complain. Since I moved in the staff has been awesome. The property manager addresses you by name. That's very important when your paying to stay in an apartment complex. Maintenance is very polight and proficient from my experience on getting the job done. I hope that the Belmont community. Staff and residents keep up the good work.
