Are those photos of children psychiatric patients at Belmont Hospital, posted here to Yelp on Jun 14, 2024 by Christina T Philadelphia PA? They tricked you by saying that the accept their insurance and that they are in the network, but then they will bill you and say that there is a claim issue. They cancelled multiple appt and they dien't provide the therapist that I requested to my son.

This place is ass. First off there was flies in the shower and I told multiple staff about this and maintenance never did anything about it. Also the sink in my bathroom would barely work. Majority of the food was bad, how the fuck do you manage to mess up carrots? Anyways, a lot of people that work there honestly don't even try to at-least act like they care most of them are just there for money.

St. Luke Hospital sent my brother home in cardiac distress and he passed away. I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone.

ALOT NEEDS TO IMPROVE!! I went here from April 2021 and I hated it so bad I had got admitted for depression anxiety and drug use. In May I had got admitted to chop due to heart complications on 6th floor and abuse from staff! And June 18th I was released back to Belmont I can't tell you how depressed I was in there I would tell them straight that this place is making me more depressed and uncomfortable my roommate was 3 years older then me at the time and was very inappropriate and not nice never gave me space or if I neede... read more

Horrible horrible place. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! I got jumped my first full day here because I was getting accused of being "racist" even though I had made NO racist remark to anybody the whole time I was there because first of all I am not racist. Then the staff proceeded to treat me like I was less than human, and I never got an ice pack which I was told to get DAYS afterwards when I went up to the CHOP floor unit on the second floor. I see a therapist here and have to meet with my psychiatrist every time i get my ADHD medication refilled. the process of making an appointment with said psychiatrist is incredibly frustrating. i have to call the number for outpatient services and make an appointment, but it's rare to get a response. i barely bother leaving a voicemail, as i've never gotten a call back. i have called every single day this past week with a minimum of five calls per day and not a single response. i've left tons of voicemails, including on the... read more
