This place absolutely sucks!!! I've already reported them to the BBB. My grandmother lives in Henderson County one of the most infected counties in the state of North Carolina. Benchmark will not pause the payments she has told them she is out of work and they gave her a 15 day extension and asked her to ask family members for the payment, and if it's not paid they will cut her car off. They don’t care if you have been laid off during a world wide pandemic they will keep charging you. Even the insurance companies are allowing non payment. On top of that we’re suppose to be staying home as much as possible so we’re not even using the car.Thanks benchmark!

I have been with Benchmark off and on and even paid a car off never had any problems but have heard the worst about them ..... but until I go through it myself than I can talk bad about something so on the weekend of Memorial Day I didn’t do my payment until they opened back up which they know I put my money order in the drop box always always I work at a car lot just like they do .... so they cut my car off for the first time ever in years and they was even closed and still continue to have the same girl call my phone when ... read more
