worse place ever watched some friends go there it was good at first for them they went to buy second car they wouldn't send off title til friends started getting tickets they called carlot said they needed tag well paid for tax and title second time and t came back registered to them but it didn't end there they falsely changed paperwork on vehicle and then said it was a lease car but when dmv ran tag it came back as the friends were registered owners at that point benchmark proceeded to harass them with tow trucks tried to... read more

never will buy a car from this place again! they will call you a lier and say they never said something with THEY DID! god forbid if you ever have to go late even though you never miss a payment! oh and then if u pay ur payment and then they take out another payment they lecture you fpr not letting anyone know. rude as hell!! you should never talk to a good customer that way!

They are a predator lender their interest rates are ridiculous and their vehicles do not last. The warranty they give you is not worth the paper it is written on. They do not stand behind their vehicles at all. I purchased one from them March of last year a week after I drove it off the lot check engine light started coming on throwing transmission codes they put it in the shop a couple of times to get it repaired from then on the check engine light. Bobby, if you are going to leave a negative review please leave an honest one. It always amazes us how negative reviews are always from customers who wouldn't make payments. And as far as our "rates" you mentioned, we are the only dealer we know of that has a $100 early termination fee, meaning you can walk away at any time. We are not interested in trying to lock anyone into anything. As far as the warranty, that simply isn't true.
They or the tow company they're with stole majority of my stuff....My birth certificate, shoes, clothes and other documents NEVER EVER BUYING A CAR FROM THEM.

Kiely, we can assure you we did not take anything out of the vehicle. The vehicle was picked up on 10/23/18. It was noted in our system on 10/27 that the "car is locked, has tag and no damage" by one of our account managers. You came on 11/17 to get belongings out of the vehicle. You retrieved many things out of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the items you described above were not in the vehicle. We do not and will not ever take customer's belongings. Only reason they received 2 stars and not one is because they did fix one issue on the second attempt. Now its time to replace water pump, see if head gasket is blown, and fix the ac that was supposed to be fixed.(all this within 2 months of purchase) Way to cover things up for cash paying customers. Full retail price for vehicles that need alot of work. Go to a real dearlership if you can, where things like this would have been caught before putting the vehicle up for sale. My experience with this company has been less than desirable. The guys in the service department are great. Unfortunately, I have spent 3000 dollars in repairs to my Honda Element in six months. None of the costs have been normal maintenance items. Lower control arm was broken and had to already be broken before purchase. I didn’t notice it fast enough, so it came out of my pocket.
