Michelle, my hygienist, was, as always, professional, thorough, and delightful. She always does an amazing cleaning and is always encouraging. I have periodontal disease and she takes very good care of my teeth.
Michele is a top-notch hygienist. I always feel like my teeth are in good shape when she is through. I compare her with others I have had in different practices and they fall short.
Dr. Bergens is an excellent doctor. I was very happy with his professional skills and his "down-to-earth" approach. His staff at the Palm Coast office is also very good, especially his assistant, Jolie (not sure if this is how her name is spelled), and the receptionist, Kathy(?). The only recommendation I can make is that the person that confirms appointments, Debbie, should listen when spoken to, rather than being curt. The visit was done in a welcoming and comfortable fashion and all options were discussed.
I felt that Dr. Bergens gave me plenty of time to address my dental concern. I was referred to him by my regular dentist. He felt I needed to see another kind of dental specialist. I appreciated his honesty and concern as he provided more than one possible option.
As always, Michelle was excellent.
