Very satisfied with the car service performed and in a timely manner.
Eric provided excellent service for my flat tire.
The intake was quick, the wait time was as described and the service was completed as promised. We expect that. But Jessica(?) was above and beyond in customer service. I truly felt I was her focus. She was interested in her work and interested in my satisfaction. Many customer service people find the customer an inconvenience. Nothing is further from the case here. I appreciate that here. 10 stars.
Oil change and tire rotation were fine. But the printer was broken so I didnt get my inspection report or my free car wash.
I was disappointed with this last visit. I bought my Honda from this dealership because I was so impressed with the service that friends had received. I think they were having a bad day. It was clear that many were busy and too busy to help those of us waiting
Fantastic service. In and out quickly.
Dave Thorne did an excellent job helping me select a new car. I felt he was honest, fair, knowlegable, and didn't try to pressure me in the decision-making process. I will recommend him to family and friends.
Repair parts covered by warranty. Service was prompt.
Very good team. Fast and friendly!
