First visit ever: My salesman, Dave T., made the appmt for me, and told me to prepare for 1/2 hr - 2 hrs. and Jeff Lamar would take care of me.The problem was a tiny bubble on my windshield. According to Mr Lamar it was "what we call a 'rock hit',whether it is or not". I prepared for 2 hrs, which it took. Waiting area was great. I did work at a small table. Others in comfy chairs. TV, mags, drinks, containers of assorted snacks, bowls of fruit, rest rooms. Nicely done! All employees so nice.

It is always really easy to get an appointment when it's convenient for me. The work is always done as promised and so far I haven't had any issues.

Berlin City Honda of Maine had excellent service even though no computers - very professional working around the issue. Scheduling the appointment was easy and was able to drop off the car and get it repaired.
