The salesperson who dealt with us was friendly, informative, and helpful in all respects. He provided the information we needed and answered our questions in a frank manner. "Love the SUV! Only issue I have is it came from new..." Love the SUV! Only issue I have is it came from new Hampshire and there is no state inspection laws for tread depth. They brought it to Maine and only changed out one tire (the bare minimum). That is unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Now I am in the service department getting it done right! I had to purchase the other tire so that I had two matching tires . I would ha e had 3 old ones and 1 new one, and that makes absolutely NO sense!

He did a great job of going over what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me on something I couldn't afford or didn't like. It was great to have someone take so much time explaining everything and going on test drives. He was very personable and really cared about what I was looking for.
