Nice service work! Wow! I mean Wow!
Excellent service. Checked in without a wait at the counter and my car was finished in a reasonable time after being inspected. Loved that I received a car wash coupon! Love the refreshments in the waiting area too!
They were very thorough on what my needs were and they made sure that my needs were going to be met. The estimate came back less than what they said and I was very happy about that. The shuttle service is great too!
excellent, friendly service
Good friendly and quality job
I have no proof that the service was performed adequately but I can only assume it was. I was greeted promptly upon arrival but was disappointed that I did not receive a call when my car was completed. I had to call after about 90 minutes past their estimated completion time and they said that my car was just coming out.
I was very pleased. Thank you Ryan York.
Amazing job thank you again
Coming to Berlin City was the best plan! They had a great Labor Day sale and my sales associate, Ted, was very helpful with getting me into exactly the car I wanted!
