I was on a long road trip and noticed a large bulge in a tire. I called Berlin City Honda of Portland late on Friday afternoon and the service department was able to find an appropriate replacement by the time I had planned to depart Portland. They sent a driver to pick up the new tire so I would have it in time. I checked out of the hotel on Tuesday, drove to Berlin City Honda of Portland, had the damaged tire replaced, and I was on my way. I was so grateful.
