"Service" Mt service experience included an oil change and tire rotation. Service rep Allen McKenzie was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions regarding future tire replacement and service requirements for my vehicle. The service took less time than I expected and I received a coupon for a free, future car wash!

In fact, I started out with another dealer and their sales person just wasn’t invested like Ted was on the phone. So I switched over to Berlin City. Fortunately, he listened to my unique financial circumstances and met my needs and goals.

"Everything went perfectly" Ryan York took care of two of our two family vehicles expeditiously on a single day last week and provided exceptional service---from setting up the appointment through completion of service. I have corresponded with Mr. York on a number of service visits over the last several years and he has always been very professional and exceptional to work with.
"It was the sevice I've come to expect from Berlin City." We have always been satisfied with the service received here. It's what has kept us coming back year after year. The one down side of this visit is we learned that Ryan York our long time service advisor is leaving the dealership. They're losing a valuable asset.

"In and out as scheduled." The service was set up and provided with politeness and efficiency. The waiting area is pleasant, although the TV volume could have been lower. Enough said.
