Always a smooth operation and the customer service is superb.
Service was Excellent. They came to my place of employment, picked up the car, got the tires replaced and balanced and returned it. Super easy and convenient. Their price for the tires was reasonable (comparable to any other tire shop). Staff was professional and friendly. Great experience. 10/10.
I had brought my car in for a recall on a Friday. They did an inspection while it was there and found I needed new tires, brakes, and struts. I approved of it all and they got to work. As it got closer to closing time, I got a text that it wouldn't be ready until Monday. I told them that was a concern because I was flying Monday and wouldn't be back for a few days.
