"Routine service." Met by friendly and courteous staff who reviewed schedule service. Vehicle was ready before promised time, Staff explained all the work that was completed along with a complete disinfect of interior.

"Third Odyssey purchase from Berlin City for a reason" We've worked with Berlin City and Andrew Fossett for three Odyssey purchases now, and have always found him honest and easy to work with. I do wish the signing process had gone a bit quicker with the Finance team, as we waited more than an hour into our scheduled appt time, but Andrew was apologetic and we understand that the pandemic situation could have resulted reduced staff availability.
