great customer service, flexible and very accommodating
A great selection. It took me maybe 30 minutes to find my furniture. Sales associate was informative and extremely patient with me, when I was picking out my fabric. I am a first time shopper at Bernie and Phil's. With that said if my delivery and finish product are just as professional, I will be overjoyed with happiness. I am excited about my new living room set. So stay tuned in another 6 weeks. I will let you know
Had a problem with a special order. Full credit given without so much as a blink of the eye. Once again we can’t find any reason to furniture shop anywhere else.

Jim was very helpful in our problem of replacing our defective mattress. Thank goodness for the mattress warrantee!
I had to make some changes in what I had bought --I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do it but, the salespeople were fantastic and I was able to make my change hassle free. I was very impressed with the staff at Bernie and Phyl's in Nashua, NH.
