Linda was so kind and super helpful! She definitely knows the layout of the store and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for when I described it.
Very pleased with our experience. Dominic was excellent to work with. We haven't received our mattress yet so I don't know about delivery and pickup service yet.

Our sales rep, Daniel at the Newington NH store was amazing! Sectional is great quality and comfortable. Unfortunately it looks like the delivery guys may have dropped it and there is a severe tear in the fabric and dirt on a corner of the sectional, but Daniel was great and worked with us to exchange the couch. In addition to the tear, the sectional is too big for our living room so Daniel helped us exchange it.
