I have shopped Bernie & Phyl's for close to 10 years now. I have purchased 5 mattress / boxspring sets during that time, my most recent purchase being a mattress. I also have purchased from their Outlet store; a sofa, matching love seat, lamps, dressers, wall art & rugs. The reason I shop Bernie & Phyl's over the others is their excellent service! I am writing a review on the salesman, Jonathan Letourneau. He was extremely professional, courteous and easy to talk to. He listened to what I had to say and showed me items that he thought I would be interested in. He took his time explaining the delivery process, the billing process and the warranty information. Justin at the Newington store was fantastic! He has a flair for design and was able to find me pieces that would work within my limited space. He really thought outside the box to find pieces to coordinate. I'm so glad we came in and met him. The website gave me a good idea of what I wanted to look at when I came into the store.
Shopping at this Bernie & Phyl's was great!!! The store had all its furniture laid out beautifully, and we were lucky that the gracious sales associate, Elise Baer, approach and work with us. Elise was personable, pleasant and professional. We will be back again!!!!!
