Sal was very helpful
I went to Bernie & Phyl's to buy a new mattress for my guest bedroom. I went to the Natick store and Kim was fantastic! She helped me pick out a mattress and made the sale process very easy. She was also training another person named Deb and she was very nice. Kim never pressured me and I felt secure in my purchase. Every salesperson should be like Kim.
