The website was fine, but we were more impressed by visiting you ur Newington, NH showroom. Joyce Borssen was extremely helpful and when we called her after our visit she did an excellent job in placing our order accurately and promptly.

Becky rocks it out of the park as our Saleswoman in NASHUA!!! Purchase on 6/27/19 was smooth and professional! We had stopped in there on 6/25/19 just to look around and Salesman Josh fed us a bit of “BS”. So glad we waited and delt with Becky! We have made several purchases thru her and trust her always!
Bill helped me with my purchase today. He was incredibly patient and kind. Ultimately, I was choosing between three couches, which I alternated between for no less than two hours - literally. He was never intrusive or impatient but right there every time i needed him. I don't know how he did it .
Carl was excellent. He was available to give info, gave helpful info on items we were interested in, but let us browse on our own.
