It was our first time shopping at Bernie & Phyl’s. The sales people were friendly and helpful, but they were not pushy. Chris B. appeared just as we decided we wanted to get more information. He expertly answered all the questions we had and gave us time to discuss our decision. He didn’t hover, which we really appreciated. We decided to purchase the couch and loveseat, and the payment process was very smooth and quick. Delivery is expected in less than a week after the purchase. We will definitely shop here again!

I knew what I was looking for and needed little assistance and the sales person gave me his undivided attention and found the two chairs for me and helped in selecting the fabric. Paperwork took a couple minutes and I was on my way.

Great experience and service. Edward was very knowledgeable and helpful with our selection process. Looking forward to receiving our beautiful new sectional. I would highly recommend and return in the future for other purchases.
The staff at the Westboro location are always pleasant, understanding, and willing to spend as much time as possible with me while I consider all choices available to me.
My salesperson in Braintree, Akin, was great. He was very friendly, helpful and patient with me while I was being so indecisive choosing a new mattress!
Sal our sales rep did a great job explaining everything, very professional & a really nice guy! Our delivery guys also did a great job. Delivery was scheduled for 8am-noon, they arrived at 9:15, very professional, also nice guys. Before they left checked that all was in working order & all debris cleaned up & out. We really appreciated the whole experience & would definitely recommend Bernie & Phyl's!
