We have been buying from the "big" furniture place but on the spur of the moment we stopped in B &P's since we were in the neighborhood to look at headboards. I will say that the sales associate that helped us was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. We also were comfprtable in the store; it is not ridiculousy huge. We did not get lost. Delivery was on time. All in all we would definitely go again if we need furniture.
I have always had a great experience when shopping here. Our salesman was great and answered every question we had. Steve our salesman made our experience a great one.
My husband and myself were very pleased with the customer service received when buying our loveseat. Salesperson was not pushy or overbearing in her sales pitch. furniture was reasonably priced and quality is upscale. Will purchase again from Bernie & Phyl's
Very nice to work with and professional
Brian was the best in helping us find furniture for our new home. He lets us browse and ask questions when we had them but didn’t hover. It made us feel comfortable and we ended up with some awesome pieces. He went above and beyond to make sure what we were picking was perfect for us!
The entire buying process was extremely easy and we look forward to coming back once we’re in our new home.
The selection, the quality and the customer service is excellent at Bernie & Phyl’s. We have bought many different types of furniture over the years for our home and vacation home.
