We shopped very late at the store, looking for two items for comparison. An employee offered to help, and showed us what we were looking for. My husband spotted a chair he liked, and the employee offered helpful info about the Sunbrella fabric. We were leaving the store at minutes before closing and spotted a lamp we had to have. This same employee stayed past closing to ring it up, and let us out. Essie gave us really great and friendly service, at closing time on a Friday.

When purchasing my bed room set Carl was the best! He was so personable and easy going, very accommodating and informative! I 100% recommend buying from here and will definitely be going back!
Friendly, helpful employees, from the sales people through the delivery people, throughout the whole buying experience. When an error occurred it was seamlessly and quickly resolved. Great selection of quality furniture. Would shop here again and would recommend it to others.

Greeted by a friendly knowledgeable sales rep who explained the store layout and guided us to where we wanted to. He then left us to explore. When we needed help he was easy to find. Very helpful, not overbearing. Great experience shopping at Bernie & Phyl's.
