The selection here is very good. The facility is large, very nice and clean. Plenty of room to social distance. I could see sales people on every floor and was able to get help as soon as I was ready. I know there’s been a lot of talk about delayed deliveries, but the sales guy I spoke with (Nate) was very honest about how long the expected delivery was. Pricing is definitely fair. I recommend and will come back!
It was a good experience, I knew what I wanted and was helped promptly. I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my furniture because of Covid.
I purchased a lot of furniture from ***************** over the past 3-4 years and their service is great. Everything I bought has been through their sales girl, Becky and she’s always been a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and all her suggestions have been very helpful.

Remember those family ads with ************ and their children? How they inspired confidence in making any size purchase at their stores, well the ads were true then and they still are today. ! I had the pleasure of dealing with the Saugus Store and they have been fantastic. Had a problem with a mattress and from the salesman Mike to the store manager Gary they went out of their way to correct the situation and to make sure I had just what I needed.
