It was a good experience, I knew what I wanted and was helped promptly. I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my furniture because of Covid.
I purchased a lot of furniture from ***************** over the past 3-4 years and their service is great. Everything I bought has been through their sales girl, Becky and she’s always been a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and all her suggestions have been very helpful.

Remember those family ads with ************ and their children? How they inspired confidence in making any size purchase at their stores, well the ads were true then and they still are today. ! I had the pleasure of dealing with the Saugus Store and they have been fantastic. Had a problem with a mattress and from the salesman Mike to the store manager Gary they went out of their way to correct the situation and to make sure I had just what I needed. Love shopping at *****************. Salesman, Paul *****, was helpful and friendly, answered all our questions - Not overbearing or pushy like other furniture stores. Store was clean, neat and orderly.
