Scott (****** store) was exceptional in helping us resolve an issue with our initial furniture order. We received a full credit and reordered an alternative set. We’ll certainly look for him with future purchases.
Reviewed products online and online support was great. Decided on what I wanted to purchase but needed to see the color so went into the store. Asked the first salesperson I saw for assistance. David showed me the dresser explained availability, which was in less than a week. Explained the delivery and setup. I signed the receipt and walked away with a free pen. They don't reuse pensafter each customer. Very clean and safe environment to shop.
Had a wonderful experience working with Michelle at **************************************. I was looking for very specific requirements for a couch, which I'd been unable to find elsewhere, and from the start Michelle was optimistic we'd find something that would work and she was right! The whole experience of buying a mattress at *************** was pleasant! We were greeted as soon as we came in; directed to the mattress section and was immediately taken care of. We were in and out of the store in approximately one half hour! We couldn't ask for anything more and will not hesitate to purchase from *************** in the future.

The furniture selection was great. They didn't want offer us the finance terms listed on their website until we insisted on it.
