Always a returning customer. Purchased my first bedroom set Queen platform bed and Sealy memory foam Mattress here. The set is still with me seven years later. Bought a house and now need to furnish my new bedroom and use my current set in the guest bedroom. Bob C was very helpful in the ********* store. He walked us from sectional to sectional trying to find one that would fit our space. We then moved on to find a chair to match the sectional and space. I picked out a fabric and we started the write-up process but I then decided I didn't like the fabric and he helped me pick out another one. He was very helpful without being pushy.
Well informed, or well ****** in finding the information, assistant. Friendly service. We researched their website and they were able to order the piece we wanted.
Personnel were Very courteous and great customer service in the store and knowledgeable!

The saleswoman who assisted us with our mattress selection(Diane St. G.) was extremely knowledgeable , and so patient and helpful! She brought us around had my husband lay on 8 different mattress till we felt comfortable with our selection. It made our buying experience a positive one , great customer service!
The sales woman was extremely helpful and did not rush me. She showed me all options and helped me with the design. The only disappointment is due to COVID and not being able to get it sooner. ??
Found our dream leather sofa online. Tested it out for comfort at a ** location with display. Applied online for B&P credit card; approved in minutes. Went to our local ** location to give our business, placed order with awesome salesman (Rich); ********** in 10 minutes. Delivery set up for one week with removal of old sofa. Very happy and satisfied with process and service!
