We worked with Maggie Mirarchi to book our first cruise 45 days before embarkation. It was so nice to have someone so knowledgeable to handle the booking and give us lots of tips and tricks along the way! I felt better knowing that I could contact her for questions. We had an amazing time, and the key was up front planning. We had a clear but flexible itinerary that was full of great things to do and see. While we were in the parks I was able to communicate with Jesska through text when we needed to make modifications and wanted some suggestions for activities and food. Francesca was a dream come true! She made or trip to both DisneyWorld and Universal Studios everything it could be. She took care of absolutely everything. All I had to do was show up.
