I can’t say enough good things about CindyCassidy. She was incredibly professional, kind, and patient through the whole process. I asked so many questions, and she always took the time to respond quickly and with such a positive attitude. Even when I ended up having to cancel my vacation, she remained understanding and professional. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their clients like she does. Amy Harrison made planning our trip a breeze! She and Kate gave us options for accommodations and tickets as well as great recommendations for restaurants and any extras that we might want. What a wonderful experience. We mainly worked with Amy and she was there every step of the way. We already know a lot about Disney but she was able to fill in the gaps since this trip was a bit different than any of the others we took. Had a hiccup one night and she was right there to help us and help navigate what to do. Highly recommend!

It was our first time visiting Disney world and also the first time using a travel agent and I gotta say, would definitely use them again!! Tana made our planning so much easier and was very helpful throughout the whole trip!! Would absolutely recommend Tana to anyone who is planning a trip to Disney vacations!!

I just got back from my family's first Disney trip. It was the first trip for even the adults so we knew we wanted to use a planner. Natalie Hubbard is an amazing planner, provided handy documents that made our first trip less stressful and easier to navigate. I'm a happy we found her and got to experience the magic of Disney!
