April is AMAZING!!!! She helped every step of the way and even rebooked us a couple of times as sales became available...saved us a few dollars!! She's also great with reach-outs and reminders at key moments, and had invaluable advice on everything from dinning options to excursion information. She will be helping on all our future cruising!!!

Amy has been so incredibly helpful, and made the planning process so fun and enjoyable. I really appreciated that she took the time to find us multiple options for accommodation at Disney World within our budget. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip but we look forward to reaching back out to Amy again in the future to plan our family’s vacation!
