After a year of planning and working closely with Claudia Matei we just returned from an amazing magical week at Disneyworld.  Claudia helped plan our resort stay, tickets, dining plan & reservations as well as payment plan for our family group of 12 including our adult daughter who has special needs and is in a wheelchair.  The memories that she helped create for our family were so incredibly special.  We are thankful and look forward to working with Claudia again when we plan our next parks/cruise trip !

Alisha Nickolich did an AWESOME job as my travel agent. From correcting orders that I placed incorrectly to handling an in-depth insurance refund that was needed for one of my traveling companions she did everything in a very timely and professional manner. I didn't need to wait for her to respond, she was "on it" immediately every time. I just couldn't have asked for anyone better.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Tana Williams, our Disney travel agent! She was truly outstanding from beginning to end. The best travel agency bar none, Michelle Dunn is the best travel advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. She totally managed/planned our trip as if it was her own personal trip.
