The agent expressed how important it was to purchase tickets right away. As soon as I knew how many people were going to Disney World, I notified the agent so they could help me purchase the tickets. A few hours went by without hearing from the agent so I thought I'd try and purchase the tickets myself. We used Best Day Ever to plan a 4 night RC utopia of the seas cruise for Feb 2025. Corbie was quick to get us possible trip itineraries/prices and worked with us to find what we wanted. We booked with her as a family of 6 as well as had 2 additional families book thru her. However after booking the cruise, it felt like there was no longer any need to communicate with us.
