My FGM Jennifer is the absolute one! We discussed our double family trip to Disney World and Universal in complete detail. I am very type A, and she made sure to send me spreadsheets and prices for every option available including fast passes for each park. She booked all of my dining and even made some last minute reservations! I'm going to be coming back for all of my vacations, next stop New Orleans!!

This was first time using this travel agency and I have to say that Megan was outstanding!!! From the start to end, Megan  was very communicative, patient and helpful especially during my day-before-cruise-left travel panic!! Cody Hand was our travel agent for our recent Disney Cruise and he was OUTSTANDING!!! He was extremely knowledgable and very responsive whenever we had a question or needed guidance. This was our first Disney Cruise and everything worked out perfectly due in large part to Cody's assistance. Alisha Torres was a godsend.  She became part of the family as we navigated 12 family members for the experience of a lifetime at Disneyland.  She was involved in every decision about the experience, and it all came true.  We had a wonderful four days in the Park and every recommendation she had made turned out to be the right one.  She was even there on the phone for our transportation from LAX to the Disneyland Hotel and on the way home.  When and if we decide to do this again, she'll be the first person I call.  Thanks, A... read more
