I have been using this vet for several years. I have watched this clinic decline in the past 2 years. Most recently I have been ignored, and twice been told that the owner vet is too busy to see my pet for my scheduled appointment. I have had to take one of my dogs to a very expensive specialist recently because the owner vet at Best Friends and her staff ignored my concerns and didn't run any diagnostic tests as I discussed issues with her. I am completely unimpressed with this vet clinic. I walked in with my 13 year old Chihuahua who has something visibly wrong with her leg ( is turned inward and she can’t walk on it). I was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. Will not be returning here!!

If you were turned away, i would appreciate details so I can determine what happened and correct any misunderstanding at the clinic. I respect your decision to go elsewhere, but still would appreciate a conversation. 0 stars...I just left this office after talking to a dr conrad...who contradicted another vet from her office, very unprofessional! Kept pushing steroids for a 14 year old cat with a 4 out of 6 heart murmur. It was stressed 3 times no steroids, no sedation...dr conrad completely ignored the requests even though she was told another vet from their office stressed this! My understanding is that Dr. Conrad was offering options - not trying to push any one treatment option on you. The notes from the previous doctor did not document any conversation with you, so she wanted to make sure you were aware of all options available, which is an important part of our job.
