I have been using this vet for several years. I have watched this clinic decline in the past 2 years. Most recently I have been ignored, and twice been told that the owner vet is too busy to see my pet for my scheduled appointment. I have had to take one of my dogs to a very expensive specialist recently because the owner vet at Best Friends and her staff ignored my concerns and didn't run any diagnostic tests as I discussed issues with her.
