This was my first visit to Best Mattress and so glad I came to here to buy what I needed. I talked to the sales associate and told them that I saw that they had a deal online for 2199 instead of 2499. And the cool part of that was that he decided to honor the online price and saved me $300 which is a huge savings. I decided to buy the cooling super soft XL twin mattress at the lowest price. Erika was very knowledgeable and did a great job of asking questions to determine our needs and make an educated decision on which mattress was the best fit for my wife and I. I would highly recommend this business, I purchased a mattress a year ago, and the seam all around the whole top of the mattress was coming apart, I went into the store to file a complaint, the very next day a sweet young lady name, Dayna said she would schedule me an appointment for them to do an inspection on my mattress, two days later, David call me to set up the inspection. These people are quite prompt, and very educated. Thanks again Dayna for all you did. You are very much appreciated
