The update: Delivery was postponed for an unknown period because of Evergiven blocking the Suez Canal...and all the other pandemic shortages and delays going on. It was no problem, really. What can you do but wait? Then, the next week, Troy called to schedule delivery. The mattress came on a Tuesday. Delivery and removal were super smooth AND (now, a few months later) my dad loves the new bed.

Shopping for a new bed can be difficult sometimes but not when you have Troy helping you. This is our third bed we have bought from Troy and this business. We were looking for a small bed for my Mom so naturally we came and saw Troy who is always very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I have been shopping around and researching the best bed for us. Now we've gone to walkers and honestly it didn't feel personal. We were driving by when we saw best sleep and I'm glad we decided to stop and check out the place. Shona is amazing! She helped find THE bed that fits our budget and what we can get approved for. It felt very personalized she heard our concerns and what's important. She did all the heavy work, got us the accessories we wanted plus more! You need to meet Shona @ Best Sleep. She is patient, caring and knowledgeable. She worked with us and we were able to purchase a quality Tempur mattress and had it shipped to Our new home in AZ with no hiccups in a timely manner. I would recommend going to Shona as she will consider your budget, your sleep issues (if you have some), and make sure you find the bed that best suits you. We've gone to other retailers but we always felt like it was an up sell or they didn't care and wanted to sell us on whatever to make a sale... read more
