Troy was very courteous and professional. He took time to help us figure out the right mattress for us. The mattress we had was just getting lumpy and gave us so much back pain. He didn't try to sell us a particular brand, he was more focused on what we found comfortable and affordable. We were sold with the King Koil mattress when he showed us all the wonderful features. The update: Delivery was postponed for an unknown period because of Evergiven blocking the Suez Canal...and all the other pandemic shortages and delays going on. It was no problem, really. What can you do but wait? Then, the next week, Troy called to schedule delivery. The mattress came on a Tuesday. Delivery and removal were super smooth AND (now, a few months later) my dad loves the new bed.

Shopping for a new bed can be difficult sometimes but not when you have Troy helping you. This is our third bed we have bought from Troy and this business. We were looking for a small bed for my Mom so naturally we came and saw Troy who is always very friendly and helpful. He found a perfect bed for Mom that was within the price range she wanted to spend. She was very satisfied and appreciated the one on one service she received.
