I never really know what to look for in a mattress or what to expect when it comes to the whole process of buying but shana made it very direct and simple! she was able to work with me and my family. enjoyed working with her i highly recommend this place for any of those who's like me who is clueless in mattress buying!

We bought and paid for a new bed on January 18 to be delivered to our new home out of state on January 28. They SAID they tried to call to arrange delivery but number was disconnected. If they were really calling to arrange delivery why is the bed still 375 miles away? Two days ago it was 400 miles away.

Buyers beware! Worst company to purchase a mattress​ from. Their practices​ are horrible. They explain to you the return policy in their own words. Then when you do an exchange for another mattress​ they charge you for the​ promotional items they give you. Shauna is nice when she is getting the sale but when you go back she has a different​ attitude and becomes very rude. Very disappointed still your service team is unable to provide me return and refund details after weeks of requests this matter has now been turned over to my legal team maybe they will get further then I did after trying to be as clear as possible in my terms .
