Brad and Shona were incredible. I came in the other day at 7 months pregnant and both of them helped me and my boyfriend find the mattress that was best for us. They also helped us with an adjustable base and quite honestly, the two things changed my comfortability immensely. Not only were they knowledge, patient and friendly, they also stuck around and chatted with us a bit and made us feel like friends instead of just another money sign walking in through the door. I bought the Tempu-pedic Pro-adapt Firm adjustable bed. Every night sleep is amazing, words can't describe it!!! I'll tell you this, my bed feels so good, I named it JAKE!!! Shona and Kyle will take very good care of you at this location. My bed was delivered and installed 3 days after purchase. Oh, the pillows are amazing too!!! Went into this new store, Best Sleep with my girlfriend and had no idea what to expect, but the store was not your typical mattress store, it was open and almost every bed was on an adjustable, so we had fun trying out the different collections of beds. We went this place for he first time to look for new mattress. Shona was really nice and very informative about the mattresses. We ask a lot of questions and she was more then happy to assist us. I recommend this store for anyone getting a mattress. Will come back for more. Very pleased.

I never really know what to look for in a mattress or what to expect when it comes to the whole process of buying but shana made it very direct and simple! she was able to work with me and my family. enjoyed working with her i highly recommend this place for any of those who's like me who is clueless in mattress buying!
