I have been seeing Dr. Julie Bier for more than four years. My hearing loss is severe and Dr. Bier has helped me to achieve the best hearing possible with the latest technology available. She has also worked with incredible patience to find and adjust a hearing aid mold for my sensitive damaged skin. She is always willing to do whatever it takes to help - a rare combination of professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend Better Living Audiology.

Dr. Bier was highly recommended to us by a neighbor who was very impressed. My husband saw her about a tinnitus issue and how it related to another somewhat complex/rare issue that he deals with. It was clear that she has a strong research background that she can draw upon. She took the time to learn about the issue and identify some extremely helpful therapy. I am so glad that he saw Dr. Bier. We have since recommended her to several neighbors and friends.

As a 50 year old person, I did not want to admit I needed a hearing aid, but she showed me how much better my life would be and I am SO thankful! I don't go a moment without my hearing aid now. It is well fit for my low tech life and I am more than satisfied.
