My husband saw her about a tinnitus issue and how it related to another somewhat complex/rare issue that he deals with. It was clear that she has a strong research background that she can draw upon. She took the time to learn about the issue and identify some extremely helpful therapy. I am so glad that he saw Dr. Bier. We have since recommended her to several neighbors and friends.
Julie is both professional and personable. She is obviously interested in her patients, making them comfortable and giving them a better quality of life. As a 50 year old person, I did not want to admit I needed a hearing aid, but she showed me how much better my life would be and I am SO thankful! I don't go a moment without my hearing aid now. It is well fit for my low tech life and I am more than satisfied.
